Antique early 19th century American hall lantern. Mounts flush with ceiling with a single bulb at the top. The bottom screws off to allow access to change the bulb. This is a skater's lantern modified to hang from the ceiling. Measures 14 1/2" x 4 3/4" diameter. Good condition.
