I only spent about 15 minutes cleaning up the top tarnish on this piece. If you put your back into it, the entire thing can look super shiny. Not all Silver Plate is created equal. There are no maker marks that I can locate. The bearings move easily and smooth. These turning trays are becoming more rare in this condition.
