Gelderland sofa set from the 1960s, designed by the Gelderland team (including Rob Parry) for Meubelindustrie Gelderland. This set consists of a 3-seater sofa and two armchairs, with a sleek, functional frame of teak and metal, finished with nickel details. The design is minimalist and timeless, matching both modern and classic interiors. Dimensions sofa: h × w × d = 75 × 167 × 84 cm. Armchairs: h × w × d = 75 × 64 × 84 cm, seat height 37 cm. The cushions have been completely reupholstered with Kvadrat Steelcut Trio 3 205 fabric, consisting of 90% new wool (worsted) and 10% nylon. The fabric has a Martindale of 100,000, which guarantees excellent wear resistance. The light grey colour contains a fine grey and brown thread. The padding has been updated with cold foam for extra comfort. The frame is sturdy, cleaned and polished, with only light scratches and natural discolouration befitting its age.
