Authentic Arne Jacobsen Egg chair for Fritz Hansen. Iconic design made by Arne in 1958 for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. This is a vintage model from the 1960s. In its original light brown leather with excellent patina. There is some tasteful wear on the seams providing a beautiful aged contrast. Some light minor indentations. Swivel and tilt functions well, however the pin to lock the chair upright is missing. Original 4 star aluminum base. Original foil tag on base.
