This authentic Eames for Herman Miller Aluminum Group Lounge Chair originally designed in 1958 as part of the Aluminum Group Collection was manufactured in 2005. The unique aluminum group lounge chair model features a high back, relaxed pitch, 2” thick padded headrest with balancing tilt and 360-degree swivel. The one-piece ribbed leather seat and back is a beautiful shade of blue gray with a sling that creates a "sitting pocket" that flexes and subtly conforms to the body’s shape. The chair is constructed with a five-star polished aluminum base, lightweight, die-cast aluminum frame, and tubular steel column. This comfortable, iconic and collectible office lounge chair is perfect for home or office lounge use. CONDITION Excellent vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use.
