1960s Folding Lounge Chair Attributed To Angel Pazmiño For Muebles De Estilo

Chairish

$950

A quintessential example of Mid-Century Modern "Global Modernism," this chair was produced in Quito, Ecuador. It features a Scandinavian-influenced X-frame in solid hardwood, paired with a hand-tooled saddle leather sling. The leather is deeply embossed with a signature Inca Sun God (Inti) motif, framed by a classic geometric border. Condition: This is a true vintage piece and is not labeled or marked, which is common for this model. The leather has a beautiful aged patina with surface cracks on the back (no rips) and minor scuffs. The frame is structurally solid; one armrest has a slight wobble but functions perfectly. Folds completely flat for storage or transport. Dimensions: 27.25"W x 34.5"D x 36"H Seat Height: 16"H
