This is an original vintage "Putney" lounge chair designed by Sam Resnick when he was a student at the Putney school in Vermont. sam made a limited run of these chairs as a fundraiser for the school. This a rare and excellent American mid century modern design. These chairs were never signed or marked by the maker. Each one was hand made.
