1970s Lounge Chair Attributed To Bruce Hannah And Andrew Morrison For Knoll

Chairish

$2,999

Designed in the early 1970s and still produced by Knoll today, this lounge chair reflects Bruce Hannah and Andrew Morrison’s focus on clarity, comfort, and functional modernism. The design is intentionally restrained; a structured, softly contoured upholstered form set on a lightweight base, prioritizing ergonomic support without visual excess. This version has been freshly reupholstered in brown eco leather, which gives the chair a richer, more grounded presence while staying true to its original clean, utilitarian language. The leather finish sharpens the silhouette slightly and adds a warm, tactile depth that works especially well in both residential and office settings. Unmarked, sticker fell off. Dimensions: 25.5ʺW × 30ʺD × 28ʺH, Seat 22”H Origin: USA Period: 1970s Materials: Cast aluminum base molded foam cushions, newly reupholstered in eco-leather Condition: Great condition, scratches on aluminum consistent with age and usage. Freshly reupholstered.
