Abondance

An Emmanuel Gallina creation, exclusively for AMPM.‎ The designer combines elegance, prominence and simplicity.‎ Attention to detail is a constant reality for him, in line, form and function.‎ Inspired by Japan, the small Abondance armchair is a subtle mix of traditional know-how and modernity.‎ The seat and backrest are suspended between two sturdy torii-like bases.‎ A successful combination of raw and natural materials, solid oak is sanded and straw is woven.‎ Its architecture is sensitive, with oval-section legs and slightly curved straw parts.‎ The flat armrests extend to accommodate a glass.‎Back and frame: solid oak, nitrocellulose varnish finishSeat in woven straw 6 mm in diameter
