Agetti

From the first collaboration between Garcia Cumini and LaCividina comes Agetti, an armchair with an architectural spirit that defies the rules of traditional seating.‎ The elements that create it also immediately define its identity: sharp and without exuberance, compact and perfect to fit into residential and commercial spaces with equal effectiveness.‎ Agetti is a solid armchair in its essential design and enhanced (and perhaps unexpected) comfort, achieved through precision workmanship and interventions.‎ The seams run perfectly straight along the lines, reinforced elastic straps support the backrest to make it extraordinarily cozy, and fabrics become the protagonists of tactile softness and exceptional aesthetics.‎Agetti is also a wood engineering masterpiece.‎ Its solid beech frame follows the rules of the Friuli “school of upholstery”.‎ The backrest, a distinctive element with a striking 70-degree inclination, connects to the seat - broad and well-defined - through metal reinforcements that provide stability and clean lines.‎ The armrests continue Agetti's design concept by being interrupted, thus creating the feeling of a natural void.‎ The small sculpture by Garcia Cumini focuses on slender volumes and the sharpness of the seams, with an ever-present and "controlled" softness across the entire upholstery.‎ All of this can be appreciated in a structure with a deliberately compact size available as an armchair and as a sofa.‎ With Agetti, LaCividina expresses its pragmatic, accurate, and solid nature, taking its manufacturing, technological, and craftsmanship skills to the highest levels.‎
