Easy Chair 01

Easy Chair 01 is a lounge chair in warm brown oiled birch. Its straightforward design highlights the importance of proportion by increasing the seat surface and rounding its edges. Mortise and tenon joints connect the chair’s legs, while double joints support the slightly curved backrest for an easy, light, and comfortable feel. The serene-looking item is a minimal and humble alternative to an upholstered lounge chair. Produced by Frama - an interior and product design studio based in Copenhagen. The studio is a dynamic testing ground for new designs and projects, embodying their classical, yet boundary-pushing approach.
