The vision with Ferdinand was to create a signature design that reflects contemporary sensibilities while honoring the legacy of design from the 20th century. Woodturning is a key element of the structural design, a technique that combines classic craftsmanship with high-tech manufacturing. The result is a bold and distinct design with the backrest and the frame effortlessly melting together. With two centuries of design tradition meeting in one composition, the Lounge Chair is named after one of the founding Kruger brothers, Ferdinand.
