Designed in 1964 by architect and designer Tito Agnoli for the Italian masters of rattan craft, Bonacina 1889, the P3 Lounge Chair and P3S Chaise Longue combine sculptural elegance, playful expression, and ergonomic comfort. Formed from handwoven rattan strips fixed to a tubular steel frame, the P3 and P3S represent the highest level of rattan craft, beautifully showcasing the material’s natural warmth and texture. In close collaboration with Bonacina 1889, GUBI introduces both pieces in outdoor-ready variants, bringing Agnoli’s visionary forms into exterior environments for the first time, and, in the process, introducing GUBI’s first sun lounger.
