Super cool and rare Mid-Century Modern lounge chair. Been in my personal collection for 20+ years. This iconic piece is a vintage Mid-Century Modern rattan lounge chair designed by H. Broekhuizen (and frequently attributed to Dirk van Sliedregt) for the Dutch manufacturer Rohé Noordwolde during the 1950s–1960s. Elegant ballon shaped rattan frame on black lacquered metal feet. This wonderful lounge chair is in good condition with some minor wear consistent with age and use, rich color - a beautiful patina. It has held everyone's attention in many a room, and is looking for a tender loving careful new owner!
