Lavitta Lounge Chair, Black

Nikari’s Lavitta lounge chair is crafted from two molded plywood pieces that draw the eye with their slanted lines and rounded corners. The same shape and material are echoed in the series’ tables, with the veneer pattern finished in lacquer, stain or paint. Lavitta, designed by Poiat Studio, is a collection of clean-lined seating and tables that were awarded the Furniture of the Year Award at the Finnish Muoto Gala in 2015. The design duo drew their inspiration from traditional Finnish outdoor furniture, creating a series of contemporary designs that have a simple yet elegant appearance. The Lavitta collection is a future classic that works equally well in domestic and public spaces.
