Rare lounge chair designed by Koene Oberman, the founder of Gelderland. This chair is the edition without arm rests. The version with arm rests is more common. We actually had never seen this edition before. The chair is made of a dark grey metal frame with beautiful brown leather cushions. A collectors piece! This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
