Very sought after Karuselli lounge chair in black designed in 1965 by Yrjö Kukkapuro, made by Haimi, Finland has a fiberglass seat shell and base. Exclusive manufactured leather upholstery, chrome and fiberglass in very good condition. Possibly the most comfortable, futuristic and elegant chair made in the 1960s. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
