Lounge chair by the Finnish manufacturer Asko, based on a design by Ilmari Lappalainen from the 1960s. Shown here in a rare color and with a special upholstery. A simple and functional design. It consists of two parts: the frame and the seat or reclining surface. The ergonomically shaped seat is simply inserted into the frame. The angle can be easily and manually adjusted to a reclining position. The frame of this Pulkka is black. The original colored fabric contrasts with it. The special feature of this Pulkka lies precisely in its original striped upholstery, of which even the neck pillow is still present. The foam and straps have been professionally replaced, and the original upholstery has been reapplied. The chair is in very good condition with signs of wear and patina. There are a few restored areas in the upholstery.
