Shadow armchair by Gaetano Pesce for Meritalia is a highly collectible iconic masterpiece of Post Modern Design. The chair "deconstructed".Designed and made in limited numbers in 2007, it is already a highly coveted and rare classic. This is the original numbered chair, not a re-edition!Formed from pouring polyurethane resin into the bag-like vinyl upholstery it then sets and hardens around the negative space of a person sitting. Thus creating a comfortable, natural seating element and a chair in which every unit is unique in form from the variables in resin setting.These examples are upholstered in an absolutely stunning high gloss lime green latex-like material with leather accents.
