Beautiful and rare Tomlinson slipper chair from the Sophisticates line circa 1950's. The model 650 chair, designed by John Lubberts & Lambert Mulder. They have a walnut frame, bullhorn detail, stunning caned backs and loose upholstered cushions with the original upholstery (a luscious mix of spice and goldenrod). They are in exceptional condition. They retain the original custom label that features the name of the family they were made for in the 1950's. Finding a piece of 1950's furniture in such amazing condition is unusual.
