Utilizing industrial materials in a handcrafted way, the Crosshatch Settee (2017) merges simplicity and functionality. Design studio Eoos settled on parachute cord for the piece's open latticework, choosing the material due to its stiffness and resistance to stretching over time. At home everywhere from executive offices to suburban living rooms, it is available with a choice of textiles, cord colors, and natural woods.
