This is a classic French Settee circa 1920’s. With a beautifully carved walnut frame, this settee is upholstered in a rich satin brocade in shades of light green, white, and pale pink, on a very pale green background. The seat cushion is firm, yet comfortable; no sinking as the inner springs and cushioning is in excellent condition. This piece is perfect standing alone, or at the foot of a bed given its lower height. There are two accompanying Bergere chairs, although they are sold separately.. See photo.
