An English oval back settee from the Edwardian period as the beginning of the 20th century. It is made from mahogany and satinwood and has profuse floral decorations overall. It is in good structural condition and the wonderful painted decoration shows only minor wear consistent with careful use over the years. The upholstery is usable but shows minor wear and may be original. A lovely petite two seater with very delicate form. It was found near Birmingham.
