A Louis XVI style canapé corbeille settee. The crest rail, surmounted with an acanthus spray, curves round in the traditional basket shape to top s-scroll beveled arms. Round tapered legs are decorated with lotus leaves and reeded, finished with turned feet. Original upholstery of a golden yellow strie cotton blend. Seat height 20.5", arm height 25.25".
