Absolutely stunning, totally original, stamped, Howard & Son's Berners St London two seat sofa with all the original makers marks This sofa as mentioned retains all the original retailer stamps which include the inside back left leg being stamped with the order number above, the central torsion beam is present and lastly all the castors are stamped Howard & Son's LTD London The sofa has been finished in a kind of oatmeal calico which is basically a base cover meaning you can usually apply a fabric of you choosing directly over the top. This sofa is a must have for any fine English furniture connoisseur, it screams country house style charm and charisma. Howard & Son’s are simply put the finest chair makers in history, the Queen even has a private collection.
