This vintage brass handled shopping bag sculpture and or magazine holder is from the 70's. It was just professionally polished to the tune of a huge expense as it was nearly black from tarnish. It has not been lacquered so it will tarnish through a period ot time tiime. A good brass cleaner will do the trick. Labeled on the bottom Made in Hong Kong. The braided handles are brass. It is 15" H to top of handles, 13" W , 11" high to top where you would place a magazine inside. The depth inside for magazines is 4" and it is 4.25" D outside. Very chic.
