The piece is constructed from a metal wire frame with perforated metal sheet panels featuring a regular circular pattern. It offers two angled storage compartments. The curved upper handle is fitted with a dark wooden grip. The splayed legs terminate in white plastic floor caps. The metal has a brass coloured finish with visible patina.
