Vintage French porcelain match striker in vivid colors from a collection of well preserved used French pottery. These were displayed on tables in bistros to hold matches with the ribbed surface to strike the match. They were a vehicle for advertising for products and companies. This promoted Cassis Quenot, a French black currant liqueur.
