A masterpiece by a Swedish glass/mirror master from around 1820. The piece is partially bronzed. The depictions are in pastel shades. Figurative scenes are portrayed at the top. All of this was masterfully crafted using reverse glass painting. The lower part of the mirror depicts views of Stockholm at that time, rendered with exquisite handwork. It measures 64 cm x 36 cm. This is a truly exceptional wooden mirror.
