Modular sofa manufactured by Interier Praha in Czechoslovakia during the 1960s–1970s. The piece features a mahogany veneered platform supported by black steel legs and offers flexible seating arrangements. By removing individual cushions, exposed sections of the platform can also serve as side tables for books or drinks. The sofa has undergone a complete professional restoration. The wooden structure has been refinished and lacquered, the steel legs repainted, and the chrome details restored. All cushions and upholstery are newly made. An elegant and versatile example of Czechoslovak modernist design. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
