You are viewing a handsome set of 3 nesting tables, designed by Edward Wormley for Dunbar. The design consists of one larger table, with two equally sized tables that nestle inside the larger table (there is a wooden rail that the smaller table tops slide into). The tables feature walnut construction and horizontal square brass rod bracing and "superwood" laminate tops (with walnut pattern), which at the time cost more than veneer. Set retains Dunbar manufacturing label and metal Dunbar tag. Dates from the early 1960s. Total measurements together: 20'W x 28'D x 22"T...smaller tables each measure 13"W x 17 1/2"D x 20"T.
