Form follows function in these classic mid century beside tables. Constructed of solid pine, these nightstands are sturdy and strong -- no particle board, no MDF, no shoddy materials here. The clean, simple lines are not merely sleek and unobtrusive, but they also provide a very versatile and functional piece of furniture. The finish was in some state of wear when we acquired these nightstands, so we did a thorough job of sanding and refinishing the pieces. A half-century of wear is now camouflaged behind several coats of fresh white enamel. The nightstands measure 16 inches tall, 20½ inches wide, and 11¾ inches deep.
