Antique French burl walnut nightstand, c.1900 Having a rectangular top below which is a paneled cupboard door and standing on a block base. The front edges have a reeded decorative trim and with the paneled front, these are signs of a quality piece of furniture. The top and front are in a well grained burl walnut with a golden brown color. The cupboard interior has a single shelf and the original twist knob lock mechanism is in working order. In good overall condition with age and use wear. Recently waxed and polished.
