An exceptional, authentic pair of Mid-Century Modern floating cabinet nightstands attributed to William Doezema for Mastercraft, circa 1960s. Features striking, highly figured Carpathian elm burl wood bodies suspended within structural brass skeletal frames with oversized solid brass drop-pulls. Excellent vintage structural condition with no veneer chips or heavy metal tarnishing. The brass retains a beautiful aged patina. Tops show some localized sun-fading/uneven color consistent with age, but the clear coat remains intact. No maker's mark present, but the design is completely documented and authenticated by style."
