Circa 1830 George IV-William IV period bedside cabinet commode. The lower section now as a drawer rather than a chamber pot holder. Mahogany with oak secondary wood. Well shaped gallery top with handle cut-outs for moving. Reeded cluster columns flank the front. Long, narrow drawer over cabinet doors over drawer, each nicely figured & cross-banded. Brass knobs; oval pull for drawer. Turned feet. Note old retailer sticker for $6,500! Ideal as an end or bedside table. 24.75" w., 18.75" d., 33.5" h. to top of back gallery.
