Jupiter 4 by Turbina Future archeology Dimensions: Ø 19.5 cm x H 77 cm Materials: Stone Cast Jupiter project arises from the idea of the stone as symbol of sacredness. Therefore Jupiter is a modular piece composed by spheres and semispheres stancked together in multiple combinations, usable as mini-bedside tables or sculptures. It’s based on one of the most primitive, natural and intuitive gestures of the human being: the act of plining up stones on a mound. These ancient constructions, present in all cultures have been employed as physical and spiritual reference points. Turbina is an art and design studio located in Barcelona and focused on the creation of pieces, objects and machines that revolve around the concepts of time and movement.
