A beautiful pair of rosewood marquetry bedside tables, authentic examples of the Louis XV style. These exceptional pieces combine the refinement of marquetry with finely chiseled gilt bronze mounts, characteristic of the craftsmanship of Parisian cabinetmakers in the 20th century. Each table features two functional drawers with locks and gilt brass fittings, complete with original hardware. The cabriole legs and rocaille bronze ornaments lend a decidedly aristocratic presence. The delicately hued pink marble tops elegantly complete the ensemble. They are in very good overall condition. Their generous dimensions (74 cm high, 29 cm wide) make them particularly practical.
