Somno from the Empire period, first quarter of the 19th century, with a cylindrical wooden body with pronounced veins.The piece of furniture rests on a rectangular wooden base and is crowned with a circular gray marble top with white and black veins. Two detached columns flank the arched door, decorated with gilded brass capitals and bases, characteristic of the Empire ornamental repertoire. The interior has two storage levels with wooden shelves.Workshop observation: original varnished finish showing traces of wear and some localized cracks around the top; brass fittings patinated by age. The seller specifies a very good original condition, no subsequent intervention reported. Cleaning of the fittings to be considered according to the buyer's wishes. Marble diameter 41 cm.
