The grommet hole punch is made of hollow brass-plated steel constructed in Japan with an intuitive and easy to use design — simply use the punch side of the tool to create the hole as much as 1/2” from the edge, slip an eyelet (sold separately) over the interior anvil, insert the paper stack, and squeeze.
