The Kings Road collection is comprised of authorized reproductions of furniture designed by modernist architect R.M. Schindler for his private residence on Kings Road in Los Angeles, CA in 1922. The handcrafted redwood furniture reflected a relaxed attitude for a new concept of living influenced by the mild Southern California climate. These designs are licensed to Marmol Radziner Furniture through Friends of the Schindler House and the MAK Center for Art and Architecture in Los Angeles.
