This discipline has made her studio a go-to for innovative, thoughtful design that's rooted in Scandinavian traditions. In creating her compact Noomi Ottoman (2013), she thought at length about functionality, scaling it to complement her Noomi Swivel Chair. Unlike the chair, this ottoman has a fixed base.
