I have acquired yet another wrought iron patio set with an abundance of vintage character and flower motifs. This one was manufactured by Lee L. Woodard & Sons of Owosso, Michigan, the same company that produced the famous Sculptura collection. Two of the chairs retain their original label (refer to picture 18). I debated whether or not to repaint this set before offering it for sale and decided to present it as I found it. It appears that the four chairs have been repainted at some point in the past. If you want me to repaint it with a quality paint like Benjamin Moore in the color of your choice, please let me know. I would be willing to do this for an additional charge. As a vintage set, there are some condition issues that I need to point out. The metal grill seat on two of the chairs has separated from one side (refer to pictures 10 and 11). These two chairs are still very sturdy. There are areas on the table and chairs where the bare metal is exposed because the paint has been worn off (refer to pictures 12 and 16). The glass top has some scratches on the surface, but it doesn't have any chips in it. It is held in place by small raised pieces of metal on the rim of the table, which means that it doesn't slide about when the table is moved. I photographed this patio set outside on a sunny afternoon in May. It will invariably look different when viewed in an interior setting under artificial light.
