String Furniture's Museum Pedestal belongs to the Museum collection, created for String by design studio TAF Studio. The first shelf in the collection was originally designed for the National Museum of Sweden to support the weight of the museum's bust collection. The sturdy Museum Pedestal continues this legacy in a new, freestanding form. Made from powder-coated aluminum, the versatile side table works beautifully as a display surface for art objects, a pedestal for plants or vases, a small bedside table, or an extra surface in the hallway or beside the sofa.
