Pair of brass sheaths fully chiselled with scrollwork, fleur-de-lis and stylised friezes. On each of these sheaths, the top rests on a large beaded bowl. The square section shaft is sheathed at the bottom. It is decorated with ribbons, oak leaves, scrolls and chimera heads. The shaft rests on a pedestal with a vase delicately carved with medallions. The whole is fixed on a base decorated in the same spirit and fitted with four acanthus leaf feet.
