Aplomb Large Pendant Light

Poured, not pressed, Aplomb Large hangs like a single stroke of concrete frozen in mid-air. Designers Lucidi & Pevere cast the 15-inch shade by hand, tinting the mix with mineral pigments so each finish—Warm Grey, Sage Brown, or Deep Anthracite—carries its own subtle grain. A slender steel stem and low-profile canopy leave the material to do the talking. An integrated 16 W LED (2700 K, 90 CRI) sits deep inside the neck, throwing a focused pool of light onto dining tables, kitchen islands, or gallery counters while the outer surface stays cool to the touch. Hang a single pendant as a sculptural accent or line up three at staggered drops for a rhythmic run of light and shadow. All wiring and finishing take place in Foscarini’s Italian workshop, where the lamp is dimmed and tested before it ships.
