Excellent Art Nouveau suspended Viennese lamp (pendant) with Palme König Koenig glass shade, made circa 1900. milky glass of oblong (capsule) form type with bulging running around, additionally, green vertical glass threads melted on surface are visible: they flow towards blue spotted patterns on area below of glass shade which is screwed on brass suspension being attached to brass stick. finally, interesting abstract art nouveau ornaments ‘grow out’ of stick. size: total height: circa 48 inches (120 cm) This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
