Blown Pendant

The Blown Pendant by &Tradition bridges traditional craftmanship processes and innovative technology for a sophisticated piece by London-based designer Samuel Wilkinson. Bringing a fresh and dynamic approach to form and function, this industrial designer started exploring the way light reflects and refracts through patterned glass, and was ultimately inspired by the quilted texture of raspberries for this pendant. Carefully plotted using 3D CAD to control each element of the refined texture of this piece, the mouth-blown Glass showcases an elegant diamonded pattern as it effortlessly floats from a simple, thin wire.
