Based on the simple needle compass, one of Hubbardton Forge’s designers was inspired while building a boat and contemplating navigation to create this large-scale piece. Suspended by a linked chain, a spacious glass bowl is cradled within a graceful frame that crisscrosses beneath its form, softly filtering a layer of light through its curved silhouette.
