The Drape Composition 2 Multi-Light Pendant by SkLO displays a cool, contemporary collection of handblown Czech glass, designed by husband and wife Paul Pavlak and Karen Gilbert. Each with their own design background, these two combine their disciplines to achieve subtly beautiful designs that honor materials in a simple yet expressive way. This composition is no different, showcasing three differently shaped, handcrafted glass pieces suspended from a single canopy by fabric-wrapped cords. Two have brass rings that allow them to be attached to hooks to create an engaging display as they filter a lovely layer of light. Individually made, each glass diffuser has a double-dipped, fire-polished mouth from where it was broken away from the glassblower’s pipe for a unique touch.
