Sergio Mazza designed this Delta Grande pendant for Italian lighting manufacturer Artemide in the 1960s. The model consists of a pressed crystal bowl and an opaline shade. The structure is from matt nickel-plated brass. Currently there is one metal link between the lamp and the ceiling cap; the total length of this can be easily extended by replacing the link with a metal cord and adjusting the power cord accordingly. Delta is part of a range of lighting models named after the Greek alphabet. Other lamps from this series are amongst others 'Gamma', 'Kappa', 'Omega', 'Pi', 'Sigma' and 'Tau'. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs, designer records, or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution, Up to 250V (Europe/UK Standard). The wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
